I found this TED talk by Brene Brown very inspiring and funny. She’s the author of a book called ‘The Gifts of Imperfection: How to let go of who you think you’re supposed to be and embrace who you are”. That could sound a tad cheesily self-helpish. I haven’t yet read it, but I plan to. However, as Brown is a dyed-in-the-wool, evidence-based social scientist (as she admits up front in the talk), I think the message she gives is even more impressive.
Hope you enjoy this as much as I did. What do you think?
