It seems that the world’s business schools are waking up to the idea that creativity is every bit as valuable as more traditional MBA skills. Understanding the creative process and how it can be woven into management thinking is slowly becoming recognised as essential in producing tomorrow’s leaders. I can highly recommend The Open University’s great module on its MBA programme on creativity, innovation and organisational change for any manager wanting to learn more on the subject in depth.
