Procrastination

Standard

I found this photo taken a couple of winters ago.  Pale wintery sunshine and a light dusting of snow on the trees in the garden.  A perfect kind of day for a long walk with a dog and kids.  An opportunity for us all to wear bizarre ski hats, warm boots and lots of layers (apart from the dog, of course). And then, when everyone is tired in the afternoon, curling up with a great book and a mug of tea as it begins to get dark outside.  Cooking a simple dinner and eating with the family, laughing a lot and everyone trying to pretend it’s not Monday the following morning.

You can tell I’m supposed to be studying, can’t you?
